Native Gardens & Wildlife

We're very proud of our gardens here at Avoca Beach Heritage Villas. We always endeavour to use the most suitable native varieties in our gardens and this encourages a large range of native birds and friendly wildlife to make their homes here or come for a visit.
Common wildlife around our yards include rainbow lorikeets, pink galahs and sulphur-crested cockatoos, bush turkeys, kookaburras, water dragons, geckos and butterflies.

Swimming Pool
- Details
The on-site swimming pool is centrally located to all our units. A great place for a dip or for reading a book. Suitable for young and old. We encourage guests to bring your own pool towels and pool toys for kids. There is a nice grassy embankment and BBQ adjacent to the pool.
Tennis Court
- Details
We have a well-maintained high quality grass tennis court on-site which is free for guests use. Tennis racquets and balls can be borrowed free of charge from reception and of course you are more than welcome to bring your own gear. Please make sure to book ahead through reception as a key is required to access the court and it may be in high demand during peak season.
A nominal fee is charged for night-time use of the court to cover the cost of the lights.
BBQ Areas

Spread around the property you will find 3 large gas barbecues with picnic-style benches where you and the family can cook up a feast. Our friendly staff will happily provide the cooking utensils you need as well as directions to the local butchers!
