Terrace accommodation consists of 12 spacious, contemporary residences.

Terraces are all two-storey and are comprised of two bedrooms. Each is fully self-contained with a full kitchen, bathroom, laundry facilities and undercover car parking.

Two bedrooms are located upstairs, both with built-in wardrobes. The main bedroom has a queen-sized bed and the second bedroom offers two single beds. Both bedrooms open onto private balconies to soak up the sunlight.

The ground floor includes a kitchen, carpeted lounge/dining area and a second toilet.

The lounge opens onto a private, north-easterly sundeck.

Comfortable lounges, 68cm TVs, DVD players, natural gas heating and continuous hot water are great for a winter getaway.

The kitchen is provided with cutlery and crockery as well as a dishwasher, microwave and natural gas cooking.

The main bathroom with a bath and large vanity also incorporates a laundry with a washing machine and clothes dryer.

Terrace units are ideally suited to couples and adult groups.
