Avoca Beach Heritage Villas offers accommodation in both two bedroom holiday Villas and Terraces within a bushland setting less than 2km from the beautiful Avoca Beach surf.
We have BBQ areas, a swimming pool and a tennis court all nestled into natural bush and native gardens. This encourages native animals and birds to visit and live amongst our units which are located on several acres. With our managers on site and our relaxing setting you are sure to have an enjoyable stay.
Avoca Beach is a beautiful golden sand beach, which stretches over a kilometre long to North Avoca. The beach is patrolled all summer and there is a rock pool suitable for kids just below the surf club. Avoca Lake, located part way along the beach is another great spot for kids and families.
